The one star is for the lady who answered the first phone call. Will NEVER recommend Mosely Plumbing because they don’t show up and they don’t call to tell you! Ridiculous way of doing business.

Paying our $150 bill today. They came, gave us a $300 dollar quote for a new toilet and left. I called Whitehead Plumbing for a quote. They were here within the hour, took the toilet outside and removed the toy car. This cost us around $150.We then got a call asking for us to pay our bill from Corbitt Moseley....they did nothing and charged the same amount. I've told several people this and they all say "you should have called Whitehead " without me saying that's who fixed it....so call Whitehead. The recipticst is also very rude, and she is the only one you can pay. A man answered yesterday telling us to call back, we were trying to purposely avoid her.

False. Corbitt came out to fix our blocked toilet. "Bryan" was the plumber that was dispatched (4 days after calling) can almost say with certainty his name was Bubba. They came in rodded the toilet without success. "Bryan advised tenant at that time that he would have to take remove the toilet and that cost would be $250.00." Corbitt's rebuttal to our 1 star review. Bryan never said that. He said "we couldn't rod the toilet. You need a new $300 toilet." I knew I could have gone to lowes got a new wax seal, taken the toilet off and fixed it myself. I called a plumber because that's not something I wanted to do myself. At that moment i understood that there were just trying to take advantage of the situation. I told them I would discuss it with my landlord. Bryan never said anything about a bill or payment. Directly after they left I called Whitehead plumbing. Awesome company! They came out within 2hrs. Fixed for the same amount that Corbitt was demanding. For what? Showing up rodding for 15 min. $10 a minute. I don't think so. I want hiding anything from my landlord. I called him about it and he said I should have called Whitehead.

These guys were awesome! Of course, after our water came back on we had a yard FULL. Came out the next day fixed it and were NOT overcharged! Very professional, polite. Definitely we'll use them again. Also, neighbors had a problem with sewage, they went right over and fixed her problem immediately. Use these guys!!!!????

Needed our sewer line replaced after hurricane Michael and these guys had it fixed within the week and did not over charge. Very friendly and did great work.
