DISAPPOINTED - My experience with David @ Kustom US in Longwood, Fl. My insurance company provided me a few companies to choose from for a ceiling leak. I chose Kustom US because they were the first company listed, and the closest to my location. The workers were quick to respond, next day, they were informative, respectful and knowledgeable. They placed a tarp with sand bags on my home. I was very pleased. A few days later the wind blow it up, I notified them, again next day, they tied it down again, the tarp blow off 2 additional times, they came back.. Now we are at approx 30 days in, the tarp blow off again this time in PIECES, all over the yard. I called them again, then I went to Home Depot and purchased a 10mil tarp. But I was not home when they came (I thought they would replace) since the tarp was torn and all over the yard. They tied down the remainder of the torn tarp. I contacted them again, sent pictures of it all over the yard, asking if they would place the NEW one I purchased on the home? I have sent David, several texts, since July 27, 2019 and so far he has decided NOT to reply. I was informed by one of the workers that the tarp is only guaranteed for 30 days.. Now they charged Exactly $1313.86 to installed this 5 mil tarp, that I had to pick it up from my yard in pieces to trash it. I’m trying to add pictures here. I do not recommend this company, because communication is important to me.. I’m also informing my insurance company they should be removed from their list.

David Bagg, Senior Project Manager for Kustom US, Inc. rates 5 stars with me. I had a major kitchen leak that turned into a major mildew project. Since my kitchen was only 4 years old I was not willing to give up the beautiful cupboards I had. David and his staff worked diligently to find someone to just replace the inside casings. My kitchen cupboards were hung and ready to be filled. Any outside repair was matched perfectly in color so all looked brand new! When it comes to top service, professional staffing and the genuine care for clients, David and Kustom US, Inc. come out on the top of my list!

I had one of their project manager Joel come over to give us a quote for the insurance, he gave a very low quote (half as much as our contractor wanted to charge for the job) but when I asked for the estimate to be sent to my email, he said he would not send it to me, but if I wanted the job done I had to wait for my insurance to pay ( even though he was sent by my insurance company) and I had to pay him for the work, but he would not send me the estimate. This just sound dishonest, they seem to be working with the insurance to give an estimate below the cost to repair the damage, but they don't want to do the job since the estimate is too low. I don't trust this company, and the fact they are not able to send the same estimate to me, as they send to the insurance just shows they have no ethics.

I had a dead line given to me for 4 months and they are still not finished with my home. September of this year will make two years. They let it rain in my home for months before replacing a tarp and putting a roof on, just so they could charge my insurance company twice for drying out my house and removing mold. They replaced light fixtures outside of my home that was not even the same color, I had previously. They gave the ok to move in my home a week ago. I have broken and missing tile in my bathroom floor they broke, I have a broken bathroom window, they broke, no my counter tops have not been replaced, so I can't prepare food. Their dumpster is still in my back yard and I even had a brand new chicken coop stolen. And get this, they had a storage company pack up my home and they fees are up to $16,000..It is shamful!
