I needed my new under sink aerator/disposal and dishwasher installed and after reading reviews, I decided to call Clay Olson. This was just before the holiday rush and he was very booked up, so we scheduled for January 7th. He was definitely worth the wait. Clay is very knowledgeable, personable, friendly, efficient, and the service provided was reasonably priced. Will call him again for future plumbing needs.

When you are a woman, who is alone, there are few things more scary then when you are facing repairs, be it car, electrical, AC, plumbing, etc.. You are faced with something you know nothing about, and yet have to ask someone that you usually don't know to provide an opinion and then fix it. Although my recent plumbing problem, involving a leaking pipe that had staurated my front lawn, and spilled onto the sidewalk and street, turned out to be minor, I had no idea of what it might mean, especially being the owner of an older house. I read many online reviews of local plumbers and then asked a good friend for a referral. He referred me to Olson Plumbing. I called @ 7:00 AM the next day and had a return call within 15 mins from Clay Olson. I explained my problem, and he reassured me, and said he would be over in mid to late morning...which he was, plus he called to say he was on his way. When we met outside and discussed what had happened, he told me I could go ahead and go to work and that he would call me with what he found. His gentle demeanor was so reassuring to this writer, who had actually lost sleep the previous night not knowing what was wrong. Within an hour and a half, he had called me and completed the repair. It took Sarasota Water Dept. 5 days to get someone out to look at the problem, as the water meter box was filled with water, and it took Clay 60 minutes to repair it.....and at a cost that was unbelievably reasonable. I would highly recommend Clay Olson Plumbing to anyone who is looking for honesty, dependability, and integrity...something that you just don't find in large companies.

I have had the pleasure of working with Clay on 3 separate occasions in the past few months and would highly recommend him! My first experience was a tight timing issue with our kitchen remodel and I was only going to be in town a few days as my permanent residence is in Ohio. I coordinated with Clay a month in advance to install my sink, garbage disposal and fixture once my countertop was installed the previous day. He showed up on time, was exceptionally courteous and efficient and very reasonably priced. My second experience was a Friday night emergency after arriving to our condo late and having a pipe come unattached and start to flood our kitchen quickly. I texted Clay and he responded within 5 minutes and he was there to fix it early Saturday morning . He returned a week later to install a new toilet in our master bathroom. Every single experience with him has been exceptional and I feel very blessed to have him as someone I can count on for any and all plumbing needs. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We have to say that Clay Olson plumbing exceeded our expectations. He is courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. His workmanship and customer service can't be beat. Will refer him to everyone.

Olson Plumbing is Awesome!!! I returned from a trip to a backed up sewers/septic drain. Being the DIY type I tried to snake it myself with no success. I called and spoke with Clay the owner and he squeezed me right in the next morning. He is very professional and fair with his rate. I appreciate value over price and Olson’s Plumbing Service brings incredible value. I will highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work in the future.
