Called today on a Sunday after being away for a few days returning to a leaking toilet. Message said they would call back in 15 minutes if I left a message. Never heard from them. Terrible service.

They have installed many fixtures that have been cost efficient and handled the paper work to receive my rebates easily from the City. I love my Rinai water heater...hot water on the spot. Even in an emergency they arrived quickly and completed the repairs without hesitation and wait like you get from other plumbing contractors after hours and on a weekend.
