We just had Greater Bay Plumbing come to Osprey to replace our water heater this morning. After the initial call to them at 7:30 am, we were assured by Jill, that they would arrive shortly. And they did! We had the pleasure of meeting Blaze and Dean who replaced the water heater in no time. They were so efficient as well as being extremely kind and professional! Thank you. We had main drain issues (blockage). We called Greater Bay Plumbing and got service later that day. The plumber found the source and was able to quickly resolve the issue. While he was at our house he replaced a drain vent below my utility tub. The plumber was friendly and the costs were reasonable.
Hurricane Irma hit three days ago and all trade businesses are slammed with work. We had a geyser of water pouring out of a shed and called Greater Bay. From the receptionist to the plumbers, these people are the ultimate in professionalism and service, communicating with customers, providing fast response and good work at reasonable prices. We couldn't be happier. We've been customers of Greater Bay for 3 years now, so great service from them is no surprise to us. Highly recommend!
