Seriously amazing. If they were there 20 minutes, I'd be surprised. They went right to the leak area, identified specifically where it was, dug into the wall to confirm, and they were done! And it's a good thing we had them come out -- we thought the leak was a few feet to the left and lower in the wall. Their hole was much smaller than ours would have been had we started digging around looking for it. Well worth it.

I first called them for a camera sewer line inspection before I bought my house and talked to Jeremy. He was so informative and explained everything in a manner that was very easy to understand their process - I knew they were the right guys to do the job. All went smoothly and the video was great. I reached out again 2 months later after the toilets gurgled and overflowed but after reporting the sewer back up to the city. When the city worker came out, he said it was most likely because they were cleaning out the sewer lines out back before switching up his story and telling me there wasn’t water running into the sewer drain and I needed to call a plumber to fix the clog or problem. Then, I called I Find Leaks to ask a few questions and to see if they could recommend a plumber. Water came up from the toilets as I was on the phone with John and he came out right away to inspect the issue. He ran the camera through and confirmed there was no clog in my pipes. As it turns out, it was the city’s jet cleaning machine that caused the issue at my house and my neighbors. THANK YOU GUYS!

Excellent experience with I Find Leaks. Emailed John and appointment was set for the next day. Quoted price before arrival for jetting house. Ended up paying less than what was quoted. Very professional, thorough and trustworthy. Also, John provided video of before and after which was pretty cool. Do not call anyone else! Thanks again John.
