Best service owner scott is good MEN!!

Last week I had the best plumber experience ever. Usually I feel taken advantage of with plumbers but with Always Reliable they gave a very very fair price, stayed for a long time and made sure my leak was repaired and then they totally cleaned the area. Even though it took so long they didn't go over their price that they quoted me. They triple checked their worked, they were polite, on time, and honest. I've never recommended a plumber before but now, as a realtor, I'm thrilled to be able to add them to my referral network.

I have used this company more times than I care to mention through a major repair and restoration project. They were courteous, professional, friendly and honest. Scott, Randy and the whole crew were great and I highly recommend them to anybody!!!

Very bad experience with this company. They fixed the seal on the bottom of the toilet. Although, the replacement cocking was especially "frugal" shall I say. The technician acknowledged that my bathroom wall was wet due to the toilet leaking. He said it absolutely "was visible" and reminded me that it was sewage water. When it came down to actually determining just how wet my wall and the interior behind the wall was, including the possibility of mold. The company essentially "backed out" of providing service. I believe they were "intimidated" by the remaining part of the job. Nor did offer a referral to another company who was capable of completing the job. VERY DISAPPOINTED - i would never recommend this company to someone else.
