General Plumbing and Air Conditioning

We have been using General Plumbing for many years and we're never disappointed. We recently renovated the Master Bathroom. Phil gave us great advice about picking fixtures (faucets, shower heads, etc) and did excellent work even when the unexpected happened (not surprising in an 18 year old house). The project came in on time and within the estimate! Customer service is excellent as well!

General plumbing and AC has exceeded every expectation! Amy and Tracy are excellent with scheduling and coordinating. Ken has helped with a multitude of plumbing questions and helped develop a plan for our plumbing needs. John and Luis took time out of their busy schedules to address a new AC problem. This team is respectful, easy to work with, professional and always go above and beyond. We look forward to years of great service from this trustworthy group!

Phil came on time and finished after fully testing for accuracy with potential issues in record time. He was fastidious keeping the floors and work area debris free. USA agreement is my security blanket and I will never use any company that is not up to the high standards of Stokes.All work and parts and labor are guaranteed

Using daughters google mail. Josh and General Plumbing were wonderful! I am remodeling my kitchen and needed to locate my sewer line so it can be moved. He scoped the lines making sure there were no surprises. I will definitely hire General Plumbing again to complete my remodel and specifically ask for Josh. He was very pleasant, courteous and informative as well. Thank you Josh, I learned a lot today.

Prompt, professional service. Andrew D. was meticulous in his work, efficient, clean, and polite. He put everything back in its place and made sure to ask if there was anything else that I needed before he left. I would recommend General Plumbing and Andrew D. And would certainly call them again.
