Disappointed with All Around Septic as I have been calling them for weeks in an attempt to get a written quote to no avail. Promised it was being sent over...after several unsuccessful attempts I decided to take my business elsewhere. Darryl W.

My septic tank was backed up, I called several companies today and was told they were backlogged till the first of the year. I called All-around I was told ..we will do what we can to help. I only had to wait just a couple of hours frf help to arrive. Thanks Andrew Cook our Technician for taking care of us so quickly. Y'all are AWESOME!!

When a backup happened this weekend (don't they always?) I left a message for the man who installed my system and when I hadn't heard back in a few hours I figured he was out of town and called All Around Septic. The boss lady answered my Saturday call on her cell and actually talked me through locating and cleaning my septic filter to save me big weekend service call charges and told me how to be sure I didn't have a backup in the meantime. As I was doing what she said my original contractor did return my call and confirmed what this lady said, and would have come help me if needed...also an excellent company and service. But I found and cleaned the filter and the problem seems resolved, if not I will not hesitate to call and/or recommend both of these businesses...we are lucky to have All Around Septic and my original company in Sebring.
