We can't say enough about Franks. Absolutely fantastic service. We have called multiple times for leaks, drainage problems, and everything in between!!!! Brandon and Frank are great and so patient. Even after I accidentally poured coffee down the drain while Brandon was under the house with the drain open. We have called on a friday afternoon for a leaky sink and they come within the hour. They truly are a LOCAL COMPANY that has LOCAL ROOTS and they are accountable, professional, and will not let you down. They stand by their work and will not take the easy way. Our downstairs neighbor knocked on our door to tell me water was dripping from her bathroom ceiling; NOT what anyone wants to hear! Called Frank's Plumbing & left a message. Got a return call in about five minutes from a calm, patient woman who said she'd get someone over as soon as possible. I told her the water had been turned off at the toilet, so it wasn't an emergency. Next call I got from her was that one of the guys would be at our condo at 1pm. I left my husband to deal with it, & a couple hours later, the old, broken, incorrectly installed toilet was gone, & a new, properly installed model that my husband got at Home Depot was in it's place. Many thanks to the great folks from Frank's Plumbing. Everyone was knowledgeable, patient and helpful.
