Randy was thorough. He explained all the work he was doing. Everything was finished on schedule. Randy has a great sense of humor. At one point Randy had the tub surround installed, he pointed out to me that it was noisy. I didn't notice much. He pulled it back apart and adjusted the connection between the side and back. He reinstalled the surround and the noise was completely gone. Randy does good work!
Literally just called him and he was BEYOND kind! So helpful and caring! Will definitely be using him for any plumbing needs our family has!
I self replaced my old water heater only to have the pressure overflow constantly running. 2 months later and my water usage up 5x, I was freaking out. A friend gave me Randy's number saying he was good and fair. I gave him ring and he was able to get back right away and was able to figure out the problem and fix it. He was fair and reasonable and I will be calling him for my next plumbing need.
I called Randy Pruitt Plumbing because my hot water heater exploded and I needed it replaced ASAP. The shut off valve was broken so we had to shut off all the water to the house. It was early morning but he came over and gave me a quote, said he could replace it today since it was an emergency. His price to replace the water heater, shut off valve, parts and labor couldn’t be beat!! He went and finished a job he was already working on, came back and fixed everything. He was wonderful!! Very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, honest, quick and most of all reliable. Randy even took the time to call me from the other job and let me know he would be finished with that job and be back in a couple of hours. I truly appreciate everything you did for us today. I will be calling you for future jobs. Thank you so much!!
