Hodge Plumbing

Hodge Plumbing came out quickly and fixed details on our newly remodeled home’s plumbing that the plumber who installed it kept making excuses not to fix or tried to pretend there wasn’t a problem. Now everything is working great! Not to mention, everyone from Hodge Plumbing was prompt, courteous, had great communication with us, & followed thru on their word in a timely manner. We appreciate these qualities so much! Should have called Hodge Plumbing in the first place, and from now on, we will! Thank you, Jordan & team!

I had a great experience with hodge plumbing. When I first contacted jordan he was out on vacation and still answered all my questions, gave me honest advice and suggested his services were prob not what i was in need of and referred me to a septic guy(who also was very honest) and made sure to follow up to make sure i was taken care of. Once we found out our problem was not a septic issue, he was very quick to get his guys out for me to resolve my problems. They were very nice, honest and explained everything to me and all for a fair price. A week and a half later, I started to have problems again and he showed up to my house, checked it out again and resolved my issue at no additional cost. He is VERY honest and goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. Will use him in the future and highly recommend!!

I cannot believe it was not explained that they do NOT finish the job they start. So, I paid for the repair, yes, but now I'm left with a big hole in my tile floor to repair seperately. If I had known this, I could have had somebody lined up, or been checking on it. One assumes my house will be returned to the same condition as when they arrived. So, I've taken the day off work, and I have to begin to search for a tile guy, or somebody to put my floor back together. What do you think the odds of finding somebody that can come out the day you call to do this repair? So, I will need to take another day off work to accommadate a floor guy. I am going to be in need of a repipe in the future, and rest assured I will NOT call these guys back.
