BEWARE!!! The phone customer service person was great until the plumber came out. I had a leak under my bathroom. The plumber insisted that he needed to replace my ENTIRE houses plumbing. When I asked how much it would cost to replace the segment that was leaking, he wanted $1479 to replace a segment of pipe. The service call was supposed to be $45; however, they charged $168 because he said it was an estimate and not a service call.
Scam
Sounds like a scam to me... They will not quote hourly price over the phone or even give a round about estimate on what it would cost to change a toilet. They say they need to send a plumber to give you an estimate and they charge for that. So basically you're at their mercy once they get to your home. No thanks!
