I can’t say enough great things about The Plumbing Company!! I am inherently a DIYer and really got myself into a jam trying to “simply” replace 2 outside water spigots. Our home is an older home and there was nothing simple about this project, nonetheless, I was also very determined that I could figure it out; which led to damaging my pipes and me being without water for 3 days!! I finally succumbed, and upon recommendation, I contacted Laurie at The Plumbing Company. Within hours, Eric was at my home, he beautifully repaired my botched attempts, and water was back on! Eric was very professional, friendly and so knowledgeable! He kindly answered all my questions and even didn’t mind me watching him do the repairs! 1000 DIY videos could never teach me the years of training and experience that Eric at The Plumbing Company provided. We thought we had a leak behind our wall, so we called The Plumbing Company. They promptly returned my call and sent Marty out to look at our bathroom. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue without cutting into our wall. He then called another great, trustworthy company who was able to help us fix the problem without doing any unnecessary work. While he was here, he fixed another small issue we had been putting off and did some general maintenance and parts replacing that we needed, and saved us another future call. I highly recommend this company!
