For me, a key component of any review is always, "Would I use them again?" My answer for GPS (Gomiela Plumbing Service): Absolutely! They exceeded my expectations. Ryan is super-focused on good customer service, and he's a genuinely nice guy. From my initial call through the final inspection, I appreciated his honesty, candor and respect. Ryan set up an appointment for me for 9am the next morning. I received an advance call to let me know he and his father, Ed, were on their way, and should arrive a few minutes after 9:00. After arriving and examining the problems, they quoted me a price, which I felt was reasonable. I particularly liked the fact they charge by the project, not the by the hour; so you know up front what to expect. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work work and the price charged. GPS will be my first call the next time I have a problem. Thanks!

They showed up when they stated they would, they were clean cut with professional attitudes and an organized Sevice Vehicle. They came fully prepared, were very cordial, and they replaced my Hot Water Heater with copper soldered connections and Expansion Tank in 90 minutes. When they left you couldn't tell that they were here! Excellent experience. If I need anything done with plumbing I wouldn't hesitate to call them, I would feel confident.

Father and Son team that took there time and explained everything in great detail. Even took time to pet my dog! I would highly recommend them to everyone. I was lucky to find GPS Plumbing. I needed my hot water heater replaced. I called 2 other companies and was quoted $1200+. GPS definitely has the best prices in town. They were able to come out and start the work within an hour of calling them. Very nice and honest guys. I will definitely do business with them again.
