Uncompetitive pricing and non-military friendly. A simple mainline toilet clog removal is 190.00. They refuse to tell you that UNTIL you commit to a 90.00 in-home consult. Do not do business with these hustlers. There are several local options who's pricing is more reasonable and who won't box you into a ridiculous consult fee before telling you their basic service will be 30-50 dollars more expensive than the other guys.

Had a plumbing emergency this weekend when our main water line between the meter and the house broke. Called two companies... first one being Cutler Bay Plumbing based on their good Yelp reviews but they NEVER ANSWERED OR CALLED BACK! Next I called RP Smith Plumbing because they only had 4 total Yelp reviews. My mistake was that I should have called RP Smith first. Upon calling at 9am on Sunday morning, they answered immediately. They had a technician contact me and subsequently respond to my house within an hour. The technician quickly fixed the broken water main, and a cracked sprinkler pipe and had us back up and running in about an hour. Since it was a weekend, I was expecting to be charged an arm & a leg but the bill was very reasonable and definitely less than I expected. I am very happy with their service, promptness, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone (friends, family, or clients). I believe the techs name was Felix (I am horrible with names) and he was awesome. Thanks to him and RP Smith, I am a happy customer. 5 Stars all day.

I have used this company several times and appreciated their timely assistance so much that I have referred them to everyone I know. They are fairly priced and realistic about what they can do for you in the amount of time quoted. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their staff; polite, professional, and dependable.
