Changed from electric to gas. The Office clerk was very helpful in assisting me in filling out the allowance form for Teco Gas and getting me the information to email it out. I received a courtesy call to when the plumber was arriving and which he did arrive the time that I was told, which is greatly appreciated. The plumber did a good work in a timely manner. I'm not sure if it's part of their policy but however, the plumber left all of the boxes that held the stove in the kitchen and didn't clean up after himself. The kitchen was left a mess. My dad did ask if he could place the debris outside he did say, it Not part of his job. Also, the plumber spent between 15-20 minutes having a conversation with the neighbor. When my dad realize he was missing for a while seek out to look for him and from there then he continued his work. The manger spoke to the plumber and he said my dad told him, I'll take care of the mess. Which doubt make any logical since to me. The price is right! And fair.

First time using them and I'm very satisfied with the service and Anthony the guy that did the work. Mine was an outdoor faucet that needed to be replaced. Anthony showed me a crack beyond the faucet that would have given me future trouble. Job well done.

Called the company this morning and they arrived in 30minutes to provide service. Great customer service, very professional, Quick service & reasonable price. The plumber was very informative and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

I used them for the first time today and was very pleased with the proficency, quick and clean work of their plumber, Leo. He removed and installed a new kitchen faucet. He was very professional, prices were fair and he was pleasant to work with. It was so pleasant to have someone that can be relied on to do the job right the first time. I will use these fellows for all my future work.
