Very professional and timely. We have used them twice. Once for a leak inside the house and recently for a leak outside leading to the house. The tech, Tom, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He found the leak within 45 minutes. Tom even contacted our plumber and explained to him what needed to be repaired. We wouldn't use anyone else.

This company offered the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. The agent who showed up to do the evaluation yelled at me during the service because I had questions. He also then refused to do the full evaluation that had been scheduled because he didn't have time and said I should simply trust him. Come to find out he was the operations director.
