Jupiter Septic and Drain Inc

Got home from work and was confronted with toilets that were bubbling and not flushing. Called Jupiter Septic after reading the reviews posted here and true to their word, Scott from Jupiter Septic came out on time, was very knowledgable/professional, worked quickly and had very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them to anyone having septic issues.

I highly recommend Jupiter Septic. The alarm on our septic went off on a Sunday. I was really hesitant to call being it was Sunday, but was also afraid of the consequences of not getting the situation taken care of immediately. Scott answered right away, and didn't hesitate to accommodate us. He came out and replaced to pump in a timely manner. Thank you Scott

We called every septic company in the area when we noticed an issue with our system on a Saturday evening. Scott with Jupiter Septic was the only one who called us back. We agreed he didn't need to come out that night but definitely the next day. He showed up Sunday morning at 8;30am! He took the time to explain our system (we didn't know much about it because it was serviced before we bought the house) and answer all of our questions! He also pointed out that the cap on our tank was old and unsafe because it wasn't the reinforced cap. I thought it was concrete and not fiberglass. Thanks Scott! you may have potentially saved one of our lives with that information! Will definitely use again and recommend!

Scott was great. I called him while Roto-Rooter was at my house and he saved my so much money. I wish I called him first. Scott went above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend him without question.
