Kwik Plumbers

These " gentlemen " arrived at my house prompt and ready to work. They were efficient, polite and very thorough. As someone who knows very little about plumbing I now feel educated and extremely comfortable with the job that they did. The owner Dan, went above and beyond in explaining in detail where my problem areas were, how to fix them and also how to prevent them in the future. The men working with him were great ... they were in and out and extremely neat and clean! I highly recommend this company and moving forward ... I would not use anyone else .

From the first call I was greeted by a super friendly woman named Rachel who took my Info and told me that i was going to receive a call back. Dan called me right back and quickly scheduled a visit to the house. After his thorough video inspection he quoted me a price to repair the issues with my cast iron pipe problem. I had been told by other Contractors that they would need to take my fence down to bring in equipment to dig up my yard and go under my foundation Which included an estimate I frankly could not afford. Dans estimate was reasonable and I excepted the quote. The Kwik Plumbers crew were professional. Shoes off at the door, drop clothes laid out and very friendly. Dan even went out of his way to repair the cause of my running toilet. I highly recommend Dan and Kwik plumbers! Craig

I called last Tuesday 7/16/19 regarding several issues I wanted to have checked out. The whole experience felt weird right from the beginning as the woman who answered kept putting me on hold for several minutes at a time. She even came back one time and said sorry I had to speak with another customer we've been playing phone tag. Throughout the conversation, she just kept telling me how busy they were and that there was only one slot for an appointment in the next three weeks. That sounded strange to me, so I asked several times if they would quote and fix any issues right then and there (not have to come back out). She assured me that was the case, after putting me on hold yet again to talk to the owner. On Thursday, the tech showed up and was rushing through all of the issues I showed him. I felt like an inconvenience. He ran off back to the truck and said "ok, I''ll email you tomorrow........ or Monday...." (sounding like just sending me a quote was an inconvenience), Meanwhile, I haven't heard from Kwik Plumbers and I still have a leaking hot water heater and water soaking up my garage floor. There's no way this company provides 5 star services with the multiple levels of failures that I've experienced. I normally go by reviews, which is why I called Kwik Plumbers, but I'm beginning to think they may be fake. Edit: I'm not sure what you are trying to prove here. You start off by saying my review is false and all you did was outline the service visit. You retracted my quote too, which most likely didn't exist. It's almost like you called the tech to see what the service visit was likely and wrote it verbatim in your response. You offered nothing except the interesting claim of having called another customer to reschedule in order to accommodate me. The woman had clearly stated there was a cancellation and that is why the slot was available. You are now lying on top of providing awful service. Anyway, I ended up calling another company today and they came out and fixed my problem immediately. There was a pinhole size leak in the copper within the block wall causing my garage to flood. By calling Kwik Plumbers, I now know my problem was not diagnosed properly and lost 4 more days of this issue when I could have just called real plumbers.

Kwik Plumbers just finished a big pipe lining and plumbing job for us on our old cast iron pipes, and I must say they did a great job!!! It was a lot of work, but they were very professional, showed up on time each morning. They had nice clean and organized trucks, cleaned up after themselves and worked non-stop until the job was done. Steve and Ryan thanks for working for us even through the stormy weather.
