Mr Rooter was so helpful. Amazing service. They called before arriving and from the beginning they were super professional. They explained to us the issues and gave us a great solutions to our problems. We will definitely contact them next time we need a plumber. We highly recommend this company. Super fast and reliable service. Very happy :=)
I don’t usually take my time to write reviews but this company exceeded my expectations. The lady who answers the phone was the sweetest and super helpful. She was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. The staff was punctual with time and did a great job fixing my bathroom! Thank you Mr.Rooter! Companies like this should get recognized more often!
Work with Doli E and her crew they were extremely knowledgeable and we're able to fix my issue in no time while providing an excellent. I'll definitely recommend to my friends and family.
High quality service but on top of all, High quality people. Ernesto attended my emergency and he was very professional and very supportive. Thank you!!
Job well done but pricey!!! I called you on July th - urgent matter as the main pipe to the house was cut and water were gushing out. Two houses are controlled by the same main valve, but the plumber refused to work on that day and both houses had to be cut off from water supply. In addition, he told me the price - to do it the next day - would be $780 because a big hole would have to be dug up to expose the pipe.I spent about 2 hours myself later that day, with a shovel - and exposed the fipe fully - ready to be repaired. No more digging had to be done. In addition - I purchased already the parts required to do the job!!! Two people showed up the next day - at about 9:00, but they told me they need to go to Home Depot to buy a reducer from 1" to 3/4" - Which I could not believe they would not have in the truck. I offered to go buy it - but they insisted on BOTH of them driving to buy it. They realized the job was not as big anymore (there was about 1 to 1.5 hours labour required, but they still insisted on not less than $400 in cash at the end of the job. I felt I had no choice - so I agreed. They went to Home Depot at 9:15 and came back (one of them was replaced) at 11:45!!!! They told me one got sick so the other one went to bring a replacement. (The work place was so small and the job so simple - there was absolutely no need for two people)The job was done but I feel I was taken advantage of price wise, because I had no choice, and I was very disappointed that they refused to do anything on July 4th and left two homes with no water
