I needed a new hot water heater immediately due to a request from my homeowner's insurance. I talked to four different companies, including Keith McNeill Plumbing. They told me about their flat rate replacement, and that I could either use their stock heater or furnish my own. I decided to furnish my own since the entrance could only fit a smaller heater. So, for about $900, I got a new water heater (installation flat rate was a little over $600). Other companies were hovering around $1200. Not only did the office staff respond to me immediately, but they got me an appointment for the next morning. Clay came and took care of everything. The area around my front door gets dirty with leaf litter since it's been raining so much. Not only did Clay complete all services perfectly, but he shook my hand, wiped his shoes every time he came in, and still swept up around the front door and in my kitchen. Their flat rate price was honored with no hidden fees. I try to really consider the small things. Other plumbing companies with inflated prices were trying to sell me memberships, tried to tell me things would be more expensive because of code updates (I work with the building code, so I also know what is and what is not required. People always assume a younger female wouldn't know and constantly try to overcharge me.), and most of them never even bothered to shake my hand when I opened the door. I will be calling these guys if I have any other plumbing issues. Thanks!

Had wonderful experience with McNeill Plumbing - everyone was friendly and efficient while successfully resolving my plumbing issue. Highly recommend...they are my go to for any and all plumbing needs.

David was incredible for his knowledge and work ethic. He is so responsible. He came out to do maintenance plumbing work and later in the week to renovate a kitchen sink faucet and install a new garbage disposal and water filter. Great work and thanks David!

We used Keith McNeill Plumbing twice. Though we had a issue the first time, the employees were polite and the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. However, after having a problem with them the second time, we definitely would not use this company again. Our second experience with them involved multiple rescheduled appointments due to their employee having a family problem and an issue with their billing practices. Though we disputed the time taken for services, the indifferent woman we spoke with just kept repeating that GPS showed they were right about how long their tech was at our house. We paid our bill in full and simply resolved to use another company in the future.

No hot water, and quotes from other to break open the slab, to fixed without any demolition in less than 6 hours. Professional and obviously experienced, Caleb and Jordan were concerned with the care of the property and getting the job done correctly. They spent plenty of time troubleshooting and problem solving, which saved us thousands of dollars in unnecessary work and repairs. Plenty of opportunity to up-sell and find new problems to fix, and they guided us to the most cost effective solution. Sopping wet outside in the cold, they still had a smile and a warm handshake at the end of the job. They get our first call next time.
