High Tech Plumbing & Heating

Office staff nice ,I’m a plumber calling from Connecticut trying to get a water heater changed ,when I was visiting knew it needed to be changed The only problem I had was the know it all technician. The heater was a under counter install , which the first thing that should have been done was measure opening instead of assuming there’s would fit When unit came would not fit I gave the plumber a model number that would fit and he was very unresponsive to my idea all he said is cannot have a 240 volt 20 gallon heater considering I’m a 1000 miles away did not want to piss him off so I bit my tongue,so I recommended I call his manager to talk to him and I said it was not about him and his exact response OH IM NOT WORIED very cocky individual. Im sorry it took this incompetent plumber all day to do a heater Being a supervisor of the biggest plumbing service company in Hartford county ,alittle company training would do him wonders I’m just going off my experience On the plus side manager was great said he will get it taken care of which I’m very thankful for and I still would recommend your company with a different tech who’s favorite word was it will not fit and it won’t be done today THANK YOU

DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!! They are installers for Lowe's, it has been 10 days and haven't heard from them!!! ! I have called them 3 times and left messages, got no response. Lowe's has called them from corporate install & the store has called them, no response from them. I think they have gone out of business, if not they should. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
