Initially our kitchen sink was stopped up on the weekend. Because this was an emergency service, we understood that we would pay $210.00. That we perceived as a low price. Both my wife and I were very impressed with his professionalism and pleasant demeanor. Since he was there anyway about the kitchen sink, I went ahead and asked him to have a go at our guest bathroom sink that had been slow for a very long time. He worked on that but his fix did not last. He came back after that and did not charge us anything having another go at our guest bathroom sink. I was very surprised and pleased that he did not charge us anything for that visit. He said that he would come back the following Monday or Wednesday and attempt to fix the bathroom sink again, but he'd charge us $35.00 for parts that would be needed. Monday came and went. Wednesday came and went. It is now Monday the week after that and he does not answer his phone or return his messages. Even though he far exceeded our expectations in every way when he showed up, it is not good that he said he would do something and fail to do it. It is not good that he did not call to inform us that he would not follow through with what he said he would do. It is not good that he does not answer our calls or call back when we leave voice mail. If he contacts us with more information and/or does what he said he would do, I'll edit, add, and change my rating to reflect that.

Deale plumbing did an excellent job on our whole house remodel. We needed to move plumbing, gas lines, install new fixtures, the works in our 1970's house. Deale plumbing handled all of the plumbing issues that came up (and they always come up in these old houses) so that we didn't have to worry about them. They pulled permits, handled inspections, worked with other contractors, and made the entire process seamless. Their quote was fairly priced and they were able to stay on budget. Work was done on time and they were reliable, always showed up when they said they would. Kept our entire remodel on budget and on schedule. Very highly recommend!!

I hired Tim to install a new 40 gallon gas water heater in our home after being quoted an outrageous price by another local company. His quote was fair, and his work was excellent. He seems to be very genuine and honest. I would hire him again for any of our plumbing needs.

Tim is an honest and very pleasant business man. On my list for my next project.

Call 3 times was told they would call back never did. Should have listened to other reviees, they also had problems.
