I called Rainaldi Home Services again due to my water backing up into my tub. I contacted Rainaldi they scheduled someone the day I needed. The person who did the scheduling she was very accommodating and told me she would schedule whatever would work for me...since I only have one bathroom in an older Florida home. Cole came out to my house and was very professional and explained he would clear out any blockage. Once he finished clearing the blockage he advised a camera technician would come out and determine what the specific issue was and what options I would available to me to protect my house from a re occurring issue. While at my location, a serious rain storm with lightening moved through and Cole stayed at my location and patiently waited to get the job done. The camera tech came to my house as well to try to do the camera assessment but due to the weather he had to schedule the camera assessment for the next morning. Cole H is a great young man. We were able to chat while we waited for the storm to pass and I found him to be a very professional young man who enjoys his job and works hard to provide a good service. He was dependable and responsible and was very familiar with his job as he answered numerous questions I had about home plumbing. He indicated that his father was a highly certified plumber. Please thank him for his professionalism and I strongly recommend Rainaldi Home Services for any home service needs.
I had such an amazing experience with Andre from Rainaldi the other day. Courteous, friendly, outgoing and he also made sure I understood every step of the way what was happening as he replaced my hot and cold water valves for my washing machine. He worked tirelessly for HOURS on my project because the home is a 1948, so it wasn’t just a simple change out. It was quite a big job. Anyway, I was just floored by how professional and nice Andre was as he’s probably doing one of the more miserable jobs he had yesterday. Then, as if the hours in my little laundry closet weren’t enough, I had a loose kitchen faucet tap and the hot and cold water lines were reversed. No problem, he’s on that next and because I’m essentially a new customer, he says he’ll just do that work for free. I think that was a bit more than an hour of work for him, which of course once again given the age of the home, was no small matter. So, in short, I cannot say enough good things about nor compliment Andre enough. I have to believe the rest of the company is run the same way with just as good employees. I just happened to be fortunate enough to get the right man for the job I had, and I consider myself lucky. DO NOT HESITATE to call Rainaldi if you need home service. This is the gold standard!
Extremely professional and experienced. Very helpful, explained what he was seeing and what he was doing. He checked out everything and didn’t leave until we were all comfortable with the results. Will definitely use Rainaldi again and hopefully they will send out Cole.
Great service all the way around. Business answered phone promptly. Same-day service. Provided an "on our way" call as they said they would. Nick S showed up on time (even before me!), was skilled, polite, personable, fast, informative, careful with the property. Could not have gone better. I recommend Rainaldi regularly and will continue to do so. Nick was a pleasure to work with.
My existing disposal went out. Called Rainaldi. I kept asking for price to replace. Wouldn't give me a price, but $39 to come check it out. Technician Nick comes by. He is a really nice guy. Quickly gives me price of $478 to replace Badger 5 unit. The job will take him at most 45 minutes. The Badger 5 costs around $100 at Home Depot. I do not appreciate this way of doing business. If I was told $478 I would have never had the tech come out and waste my $39. I won't call Rainaldi again, I will advise my friends to stay away. PS- found another "big" local plumbing company to do the same job for $299.
