Stay away. Not a reliable company. Same experience as Mel below they gave a 1 hour window and then say their guy was there an hour prior to our arrival. They do not complete inspections properly will only empty tank and will charge as if they did full proper inspection. Sent a young kid to do the inspection and spent more time speaking with the seller than the buyer (person paying for inspection). He never visually inspected the tank and never measured drain field properly or pulled out soil to make sure there was no leaks. They will charge you less but you get what you pay for.
It is not even half the star. These people are the worst non-professionals at all. The guy who went to do the "inspection" told me that in two weeks he would go to another company where he was going to get more money, he was not even 30 minutes on the property doing the inspection. I'm very angry. It is very disappointing to deal with companies with such mediocre thoughts that they think that these practices will not affect them. My sincere advice moves away from this company. They will take your money and they will not do a good job. I even had to ask them to send me the report several times because it was not legible.
Told me they’d be here 2:00 and they were . Chris helped me figure out why i had a steady stream of water going in my septic tank . I had a flapper leaking and didn’t know it !!! Great service for pumping
Called to get my septic sized and pumped if needed to be. Couldn't get an appointment time just sometime during the 8 hour work day. Come 4:40 of said day I get a call saying we're sorry no one can make it, but we can schedule for some time Monday. Very unprofessional, how can you not get at least a 1 hour window of time frame. Will never call or reccomend this company
