Terrible service... Called around 10pm on 10/13 to report that our AC was out on a unit that they had just serviced in April... talked to an answering service that said they would report the problem to maintenance first thing in the morning...Sansone advertises that their service is 24/7... No one called the next morning.so I called them at 9:05 and was told they might be able to get someone out 3 days later...Called Honest Air and they had it fixed by 10 ... Sansone does not stand behind their service agreements. Thumbs down all the way.
