Ray's Complete Plumbing

This past Monday Pete came to my residence to help with an emergency issue in which our under-slap piping was leaking into the house. Pete was excellent in that he was certainly a professional and expert, clearly explained what the issues and options were, took time to make sure i understood what happened to cause the leak, and made us feel comfortable with steps to remedy the problem. I have to say too that Joanna was a life saver in scheduling for Ray's Plumbing to come to the house for us. It was a stressful time and we appreciate all that you did!

Well, I have used Ray's Plumbing several times in the past few years as I manage a couple of places locally. Recently I had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night. I called Ray's at 10:00 and was told the on call plumber would call me. When I hadn't heard anything by 11:00 I called again. The answering service said they would page him again and he would call me shortly. Well when midnight came around and I still hadn't heard anything, I called the answering service once more and told them not to bother paging him again, I would call someone else. I called another plumber who actually apologized that someone else had kept me waiting so long and he would be there within an hour. He and his wife got there about 50 minutes later and went right to work. They had to remove 2 toilets and go up on the roof to send a camera down to check the problem. They resolved the issue, left the place spotless and I was home by 3:30. I guess I have a new plumber now.

Ray's offers good service but there rates are high...$375 to snake House main drain .They use Flat rates vs hourly...total time was 50 minutes I will go with hourly rates from now on..

Pete is the only plumber that provides awesome service at Rays Plumbing in Punta Gorda. I bought a house and have had to call the company several times - and have had AWFUL customer service two times from this company. The plumbers are rude and have awful customer service skills. The plumber that came out today was not only rude but I overheard him talking about me when he went out to his truck on his cell phone. I would not recommend this company - they charge too much and they don't care about their customers. I gave them a second chance after the last experience but will never use them again - and do not recommend them.

I needed a new hot water tank and the technician/plumber Jeff Abbott came within 20 minutes. Jeff was very Professional, explained what he was going to do and answered my questions. Thanks Jeff for everything and getting my issues fixed! I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
