Just had my cast iron pipes replaced in my home by Ted's Plumbing. They were referred by my insurance company. They did a fantastic job. The workers were very knowledgeable and professional. They repaired the faucet on my tub but left me with no hot water. They are never on time. I was told they would be at my home by 8:30 AM, and 1 1/2 later still waiting despite calling the office 3 times. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with!!! If you want punctuality and professionalism, call a different plumber.

Bad business! We agreed on price prior to work being done. Once he cut my lines to water heater he tried strong arm me with 100 more dollars or I’ll leave. Sloppy work and shady practices.
