I would like to commend the Serviceman (Robert) who repaired my A/C unit. Robert was highly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what repairs needed to be done and adequately answered all of my questions, up front. I hope Robert will be recognized by his superiors for his all around professionalism. Thanks to your dispatch staff as well for the speed in which they responded to my call for help. The air is back on and I’m a satisfied customer who would not hesitate to recommend your company to my family and friends.

I just experienced the BEST service from any company that I have dealt with... I had to replace our age-old electric water heater. First, I did a lot of reach online to find the best pricing. This is where the best experience started. Lindstrom beat all prices and they staff THE BEST TECHNICIANS. Joe and Jason were wonderful. Joe and Jason are perfect representatives for a steadfast company of 40 years. First, they arrived early, explained everything in detail, performed excellent work, were so courteous and professional and had me up and running in less than 2 hours. Plus, they hauled the old heater away. I would recommend Lindstrom to anyone and everyone.

I had an AC Tune-up and Safety Inspection today and the service received exceeded my expectations. The technician (Edward) was punctual, knowledgeable, polite, professional, and friendly. He did an excellent job explaining any concerns I had as well as in describing the other services that Lindstrom offered to protect and properly maintain my AC unit. Furthermore, the technician (Edward) sincerely seemed to care for me as a customer and that he truly cared for the overall performance & maintenance of my AC unit as if it was his own! I am very satisfied with the professionalism & service received today and I would definitely recommend Lindstrom to my friends and family!

Having cooling issues with our very old unit. Our tech was courteous, friendly and professional. Took his time and investigated for almost 3 hours. Even though they could not find the problem they were very kind and honest that even if they could fix it the unit is too old to continue spending too much money to repair. Recommended replacing the unit as there was a lot of corroded parts (they can’t unfortunately replace our unit as it’s on a roof and that is not in their wheelhouse, but if they did we would be using them!) highly recommend!

I can’t sing the praises enough about Ryan Burris. After a night with no A/C during the end of June, I wasn’t exactly the most pleasant or happy customer; nevertheless, Ryan was patient, diligent, and above all else shared additional insight about standard maintenance that should be being completed pertaining to my annual maintenance agreement. Ryan quickly resolved my issue with the capacitor and got me back to being calm and cool, literally. Thanks again Ryan!
