On a Sunday morning, the whole bathroom was backed up. Gene came out and was polite and knowledgeable, had the blockage diagnosed and remedied within an hour of my call. Great Service!
060118 I just spoke to "Christina" to schedule service on a Saturday. Not only was she helpful but a wonderfully pleasant person to deal with. Rapid Rooter should train everyone of their employees to provide customer service like her. WOW. you get my 5 stars. I'll check in tomorrow after my service to let you know how that went.
Bailed me out in a crisis, AND stood by their name for routine work. When my sewer line backed up in the middle of the night, Joe DeLauder's firm was the only company of about 15 contacted that was responsive, and sent a plumber asap. More importantly, he was calm and helpful on the phone when I was in a blind panic, and gave me lots of very good advice. So, when I had a routine plumbing issue - I called the company again. Unfortunately, the plumber who was sent out (a different person than the fabulous Manuel who came out for the sewer line debacle) fixed the problem, but created two more. I called and the company sent someone out to try to resolve, but unsuccessfully. When I called back again, after waiting a couple of months, they not only honored their work, they also sent out the marvelous Manuel, who resolved the issues right away. Despite the small snafu, I would most definitely recommend this firm. Joe is a person of integrity, and will make sure things are done to your satisfaction until the issue is resolved. And Manuel is the bomb!
My review is for this Company but one special employee is Manny. His professionalism and his attitude towards the client stands out in a way that is above the crowd and demonstrates their quality for efficiency and cleanliness. Not only that, but this allows for the company to stand out in positive way in the competitive market. Definitely go for Rapid-Rooter.
