The worst company and service I have dealt with. He left poop all over our yard when he was done and said it's normal that poop falls out of the hose. It is not normal to have poop dumped in your yard because feces can spread diseases. He did not remove the cement cover and pump it improperly less than 3 months ago. My septic is now full again. I called him and was nice in the beginning until he said he did the job the right way and instead he ruined our septic due to his ignorance and he refuses to help. He said that he refuses to help because he does not like my attitude. I was nice until he called me a liar without looking at his mistakes. I was willing to pay for his time to come out and look but it didn't make it that far before he called me a liar , refused to justify his mistake and i lost my cool. This is a $310 mistake. I found another local company who did the job properly for $250 and didnt blame it on the drainfill, so please do yourself a favor and stay away! He is happy to take your money but when it comes to a complaint, he is rude and refuses to help.

I never thought I would be saying this about a septic company, but I love this company! I called this morning and scheduled an appointment for today between noon and 1 PM to have our septic pumped. Scott and Ron (brothers) arrived on time, found our tank in under 30 seconds, pumped it out, removed a clog, and had everything running as it should in no time at all. They were both very friendly and explained everything perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone having septic issues. Thanks you both so much.

they were fast, friendly and they called me to let me know they were running 10 minutes late. After another company left me waiting on them for 2 days. I will be referring them to all my friends an family..
