The service was great. Scheduling with John was very easy and efficient. The plumber- Alva- was fantastic. He was efficient and highly professional. It was especially appreciated that he called to update us on his schedule and before coming. The clog was cleared and everything was tested to make sure that all worked well. I highly recommend Drain Genie for all plumbing needs!

Carlos is the man! Probably one of the more professional services I've had in quite sometime. We called yesterday because our upstairs bathroom was leaking into our garage. They were able to have someone out today and I'm glad it was Carlos. He showed up literally right on time. Kept me updated on everything that he was doing and explained the process and issue in great detail. Before touching anything he told me exactly what he was going to do which I really appreciated. This is our first time using Drain Genie but they have definitely received a repeat customer thanks to Carlos. Whatever y'all paying that man, DOUBLE IT.

I was very impressed how quick a plumber was sent to our home in less than 24 hours! Alva the plumber was professional and amazing ???? he took care of the leak in our upstairs bathroom in no time, he explained the work to be done in detail and also had a great personality!! ???? These guys are the best. They have actually serviced us 3 times before and in all cases it was excellent. Most recently, we had an unexpected hot water tank up in an attic start to leak on a Friday afternoon. Aaron and team came out (his second project with us) and drained the tank, assessed the situation, decided what course of action to take, and by Monday afternoon everything was repaired despite the challenges. John and Aaron were terrific. If you need plumbing services, look nowhere else.
