I highly recommend Town and Country Plumbing. They were very professional, showed when they said they would, and did good work. Reasonably priced also. I am a satisfied customer.

These guys are awesome! I had a water leak in my front yard due to a faulty clamp on a t-joint. Within a few hours of filling out a request on the website, I had an email from them in my inbox. This was on Labor Day weekend. After a couple more emails, I had a contact and an appointment. Calvin came out and was great to work with. Everyone that I spoke to in person or on the phone was professional and had great customer service. I would recommend Town and Country for any plumbing need.

I called them on Tuesday, 8/21 to make an appointment for someone to come out and check my A/C that'd gone out recently. A week later, 8/28, at 8am was the earliest they had. Okay, that's fine. I get a call at exactly 8 from a lady at their office telling me they're going to be a little late - they're finishing another job. Sure, that's fine too. It happens. At 9 I called back asking if they had any idea how much longer it was going to be. She admitting to having no idea, but said she'd call them, see if they knew and call me back. at 10am I called again, because she never called to let me know what was going on. Which, she admitted again they had no idea when they would be on their way. Finally, at 10:45 I got a call from her saying they were finally on their way. They showed up shortly after 11am and got right to work. They were there until almost 3pm. At the end of their visit they had no certain information other than my compressor is 'probably the reason' and it needs to be replaced, but they don't know if they have one in storage since it's a slightly older unit. He ballparks me a number around 1 thousand dollars for the repair, but says he won't know until he can get an estimate drawn up and goes on a pitch about their membership benefits and how it could save me money in the long run. So, I asked if he could draw up an estimate of the cost with and without the membership and see if he can make one for replacing the entire unit, so I don't have an issue with it using old, expensive refrigerant again. He said he could get back with me before the end of day with some figures. I never heard back from him that day. I called this afternoon, 8/29, and talked to the same lady I spoke with yesterday and asked if she had any idea or could find out where those estimates are. She said there hasn't been any submitted yet and the techs who were at my house yesterday should be at the office soon, that she wold ask and get back to me. Patterns being what they are, of course that never happened. This company was suggest to me by a friend, who obviously had a much better experience than I did. I will never use this company again and after I attempt to get a refund of my money spent on them being 3 hours late and failing to follow through with their self-imposed obligations I will never contact them again for any reason. I suggest you find another company if this one showed up on your google search.

If we could give Town and Country and Calvin Idell more stars we would! Calvin arrived to our house a couple minutes before our apt. He was professional, courteous, and detected the issue with our hot water heater immediately! We would absolutely call Calvin with Town and Country for any of our future plumber needs!!
