We called Gatell Plumbing, Orlando responded quickly with a returned phone call and arrived as scheduled. Great guy, great customer service! Very skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyed talking to him. He did a super, thorough job and took pride in his work which is rare these days. He fixed the problem and we would definitely hire him again for sure and will recommend his services!

Strongly believe that plumbing should be done properly by a licensed plumber with experience, otherwise you will pay the price in the long run. We chose Gatell Plumbing for these reasons and would highly recommend.

Purchased a new water heater to replace a leaking one. Was looking to find a plumber to hook it up to make sure it was done right so was calling local companies trying to keep the work (and revenue) with fellow Brevard County residents versus the out-of-area contractor Home Depot uses. Called for a quote to this local business who is in Bayside Lakes and he quoted me $400. Are you kidding me? He is either ripping people off that don't know that is an outrageous quote for a water heater install or he is not really interested in the business. Ended up doing business with another local business for $150.
