I’m very happy I trusted my instincts on this one and you should too. Answered my call immediately, polite and respectful admin on the phone. Appointment within 2 days - called late on Friday (4:30pm) and non emergency - they were at my house on Monday at 11:30am. Received a call asking/confirming they were on their way. John was terrific and I appreciated his humor-our drains were slow to drain. All in all, Bobby’s Plumbing operates an honest business, upfront estimates and job expectation. If you need a plumber don’t hesitate for one minute!

Hey folks. Be careful. Not a good company to deal with. I had Tracey come out who is one of the owners and he has one of the worst attitudes. It's as if he is not being paid for the work and is doing charity. They have terrible girls working for them. Everytime you call in it is an issue. Stay away please. I be willing to recommend other companies.

Very knowledgeable and friendly behind the desk . Their field men are outstanding, I will continue to use and refer them and have great confidence whenever they are on the job !

Another company (not Bobby's) looked at my washer machine problem and quoted me $1800. (after quoting me that price, he then went on to say he could do the work on the side much more cheaply... ????????) I called Bobby's, and the woman I spoke to was awesome--I think Crystal(?). Anyway, she listened to my problem, gave me a basic diagnosis over the phone. Jamie came out and rooted my line, and gave me some RootX (which Bobby's sells for less than Amazon) to clear my pipes. He gave me some simple DIY fixes to keep the line clear for as long as possible. All of this cost me much less than $1800! Jamie was very professional. He did not condescend towards me (which is often the case for single females in need of house repairs). Overall, I feel that I was treated fairly and respectfully by the company.
