I had a flooded bedroom adjacent to the bathroom. They came the same day to find the leak behind the wall. It was 5:30pm on a Friday. I thought I would be stuck all weekend without help. But they stayed and fixed the leak! I have to thank Martin and team for their hard work. I have peace of mind now.
Honest,workers are trustworthy, reliable, competent. Small local business. They refused to repair a copper pipe broken underneath it in my cement slab, opting to replumb through the Attic. Yes, that is what they do...the attic. Anyway, they explained that others would offer to dig up my floors to fix the leak, but, they told me, those pipes "pop like popcorn" once they go bad. They will not, then, destroy your house "fixing" the problem. I have had neighbors that went through the slab repair. Extremely costly and ineffective as they eventually had to plumb through the Attic. Do yourself a favor and call this company.

Martin and Seth came to my 2nd Floor Condo and repaired a Water Leak that was leaking into my downstairs neighbors Laundry Room. I am extremely happy with the service they provided because they were able to schedule me the next day, and were able to diagnose where the leak was coming from, and eliminate the leak within an hour. There is no doubt in my mind, I will be using them for any of my other plumbing needs.
My husband called IRC to find out about some odd pipes and locate a shut off valve. They came to our house to and while I was busy inside, one of the guys let himself in my house--no ringing the doorbell, no knock, no nothing--and started going through my bathrooms turning on faucets!?! Pretty sure shut off valves to the dock are not in my bathrooms. He saw me and said nothing. He is lucky he didn't get tazed or maced or worse. They may be great plumbers, but letting yourself in someone's house is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and dangerous. Very sketchy.
