I couldn't have more confidence in a plumber for honesty and thoroughness.

I only put a star because I had to. Very unprofessional came to my house cut PVC pipe to clear drain because we were having septic issues. Was here about 45 mins charged me 130.00 told me well I can’t help you call the septic people. He then wrote me a receipts on the receipt is says patched pipe. Well I dug it up to make sure and this company took a piece of pipe they cut and just laid in on top of the hole and buried it. I called to have them come fix it and was told I will be charged for all the extra gidgets and gazmos. On top of that they left all the garbage pieces they pulled from plumbing pipe and left it in the yard with other pieces of pipe. I can say how unprofessional they are this job was one they should be ashamed of. Need to do your job like how you want someone to do work for you when you spend your hard earned money. I for sure will not use them again or recommend anyone else to either.

I was referred by a retired plumber who considered himself a friend when my project was way to much for him. I phoned plumbing by Charlie and left a message via phone while his friend stoodby as he said to me, leave a message and tell him it's me.. It's the Friday before Christmas he maybe busy. He didn't call me.. I eventually called him Tuesday morning after Christmas. He answered the phone. I explained he was recommended by a friend. Then I told him what I needed. He then stated that .. He just shows up start the work.. 99 dollar the first hour and 70 something each hour afterwards. I cut him off.. That's why I'm not sure of the second amount of 70.... I asked him. Do you give guotes, How much I'm looking at before you start.. I need to atleast get estimate on how many hours.. Then he said.. sometimes he runs into problems and it may take too long.. You probably be better off calling one of the bigger outfits or companies like the one in ocala or somewhere.. Then hung up in my face. Very Rude...

We love Charlie and Rusty. We have been using their services for over 10 years. I highly recommend them.

Unimpressed with initial call to request service. I politely explained several projects we were wanting done at our house (change out hardware in bathroom showers and sinks, install disposal in kitchen and check coil on hot water heater). The person I spoke with seemed as if it was too much of a hassle to quote the job, let alone do the job. I understand it's hard to give a quote over the phone for this type of work,but he wanted to charge $88 just to come see what needs to be done. I was then told that he would probably need to rip out the wall or sections of it to replace the hardware and that it would take him half a day per bathroom. We don't need pipework done, just the hardware changed. He also made it abundantly clear that he charged by the hour. The conversation made me feel very uncomfortable, feeling like I would be over charged and possibly taken advantage of by doing more work than is necessary.
