I am beyond happy with the work this company did for me. My only regret was that I waited so long to finally use there service. They were OUTSTANDING! I was plagued by a terrible drain field and septic problems for years. They helped me through every step of the process even when I was panicking. They kept it professional, up to code and at the least cost out of pocket. From the girls in the front office to the men working the machines all of them were top notch. I can not express how grateful I am in how they helped me. I would never hesitate to call them or refer them. Thank you all for what you do and for your honest good work.

Danny was very friendly and efficient. I've been using this company for well over 30 years. Yes, I could find a closer business to use, but I've been satisfied with them. When you find a good company, you stick with them.

Great experience (considering it was septic related :)). Prompt, informed, timely and courteous. Our inspector was Joe and he was great!

I have used several septic companies in the past, this by far was the most professional of them all They were priced the same as all the others more or less so that was not a factor. John came out when he said he was going to and explained everything about how the system works and what my situation is. I would highly recommend this company, they were no BS , did what they said they were going to do at a fair price and did it right

Truly terrible company- we contracted with them to service our commercial property and they pulled our back-up pump out of our lift station without management approval, didn't tell us the pump was at the shop for "repairs" for 7 weeks, and then out of the blue send us an invoice for several hundred dollars for erroneous repairs of the pump that we since find out is supposedly not worth fixing unless we want to pay Arthur Price $4,800!! They send us duplicate invoices for supposed repairs on the same day for work that they can't validate... The Office Manager- Walter- did not return calls or emails for weeks, the girls in the office just intercept calls and have no answers, and no one can give me a straight response on why I have several very pricey invoices for repairs and service calls that I was never made aware of and never authorized. Finally, at my ropes end with this company after no returned calls or emails for weeks, I have another company come out to inspect our lift station and give us a second opinion- and come to find out Arthur Price removed our back-up pump, never re-installed it (even though they invoiced us for re-installing it), and left the cord to the back up pump cut off and just hanging in our lift station with a plastic Publix bag on it. At this point our $5k pump is missing and Arthur Price refuses to get back to me. When I call and try to get owner information for the company, the girls in the office say they don't know who the owner is but that they will give Walter another message....The next step is to make a police report against this company for grand theft.
