Bill and a couple of his crew came to my rescue during the Christmas holidays this past year, and I appreciated his willingness to help me with important repairs during that time. It took a few service calls to ultimately fix the problem, but he remained steadfast in getting it cured. I was also appreciative of his willingness to keep the costs down as much as possible.
