Allen is amazing! He is a man of his word and does fantastic work. He was a beautiful blessing that came and repaired a leaking tub the same day I called and completed the work with superb expertise. His pricing is fair and he is a charming man to get to know. I highly recommend preferred plumbing.

Marc replaced an old rotten valve w/o any fuss. Very experienced and able to repair w/o damage to adjacent plumbing.

Marc came out on the same day of my emergency and fixed us up with a new water heater in no time. Personable, friendly guy!

Marc was to replace a shower head and turn the shower head arm 180 degrees to point down. He removed the arm by turning it with the bent end rather than with the end attached to the pipe in the wall which of course would not have put a side load on that threaded connection. The result was predictable by a rookie plumbler as it broke the threaded end off in the wall and we paid for that.

I've used Preferred Plumbing on at least 4 occasions. Both Allen, the owner, and Mark have both provided excellent service. They were both very competent in their knowledge as well as putting their knowledge it to finished job. The costs, very reasonable. I would definitely use the company's services again.
