Prompt, same day service! Awesome, polite and reasonable price. John was recommended by a neighbor and I’m so glad to have found him. A tenant dropped a deodorant bottle in the toilet plugging it. He worked diligently to remove it!
I have used John's service on several occasions. He is always prompt, His work is great and his prices are very reasonable. I will always use local independent businesses wherever possible rather than depending an "800" number to send someone who may or may not be qualified and who may not even be from my local area.
Called 5/18/2018 said would call me back later for possible Sat fix of leaking toilet. No call back He called back Monday 5/21, I returned call at 4:00 said he would be here in 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. 2 1/2 hours later I call him, he isn't on his way yet. Told him to forget it - it's 6:30 and time for dinner. PS doesn't live where shown on Google map anymore.
