Expert Touch

Expert Touch is the selected contractor from AHS warranty. I put in a work request, Expert Touch got back to me that day. I explained what the problem was, they seem to know exactly what was wrong. Expert Touch was out at my house that week and worked on my toilet. I would have given them 5 stars but unfortunately, with in a day of the fix, the toilet started to run again even worse than before. I called them up and spoke to them about it. The person I spoke to on the phone apologized for the issue and said he could be out the next day and fix it. He replaced what ever the problem was that morning and its been a week now and the toilet still is not running. So again, very nice guy, I had a problem with the work that was done, they did not get defensive or argumentative and came to the house the next day and fixed the problem. So all in all it was good service.

Tom & Carl very professional and friendly. When I casntacted them after AHS warranty selected them I told them my problem and he told me they would be out within an hour and they were. Thank you for your quick response and repair.
