We just got our air conditioner checked up! Charlie with Advanced Air is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He looked over the system and provided up keep advise. It cost $18.95 - needed no repairs, and no monthly contract like other companies. We've been relying on Advance Air & Heat for 15 years to keep our equipment in working order. They installed a new system about 8 years ago and because of their impeccable work my husband and I will not use any other company. Thanks Charlie and Advanced Air & Heat!

Ron did an excellent job in answering questions and explaining how it works. He was not prepared to answer humidity questions I had pertaining to the thermostat installed. He referred the concerns to a manager to respond. I had requested info on a service contract which he explained. I agreed to purchase contract. Thank you
Ken Grover was our tech and as usual from this company, the service was a bit pricey but worth every penny. These guys installed and maintain our HVAC system, whole-house generator and on-demand hot water heater and service is consistently high-quality.
