I've been using this company for about 25 years, but never again. They were due hours ago and don't even have the courtesy to call and let me know they are not coming. They don't answer their business phone either. Found out shortly after that they were going out of business.
It started off well. They responded quickly, they were polite and they got there fast. It has gone down hill since then after spending $3000, my front yard being dug up, my irrigation system being completely destroyed, we had a leak on their repair and we have the same problem we had to begin. The entire back of our house flooded and that cost is on top of everything we paid B & H Plumbing to ensure that never happened. We will see what they do about it now....
BEWARE OF B&H PLUMBING!!! They sent out a drunk employee who didn't even know how to snake a drain from the roof vent! He broke an exterior pipe trying to dig up the main drain line. After he didn't fix the initial problem he also didn't fix his mistake. I would BEWARE of this company. I have left 12 messages for some kind of explanation to this problem with no response. WOW I cant believe they are in business.
These folks are good when you get them to actually show up, but there are way too many problems getting a time scheduled and having their staff get to your house. My landlord contacted them several times to determine when they would be able to work on our rental house, but they never called her back. This was on two separate occasions. The first time, I was able to get someone to come to the house. The second time, when I finally called them to see what the problem was, they recorded the wrong time frame to come to the house, and seemed to say it was my fault. It sounds like communication is an issue with this company. Because of this bad experience, I will use other plumbing companies and I do not recommend B&H Plumbing.
Unprofessional. Set up an appointment with them. They did not call when they missed their scheduled time. No call at all to explain. I will find another plumber.
