AAA - 1 Paul's Plumbing Inc

Although Paul did solve the issue, I felt like he overcharged me, could't justify the final charge, nor would he give me an itemized bill. We felt he took advantage because we needed help. Truly, we did not ask up front, but went with what we thought was his hourly rate. The hours did not match the final bill.

Great experience from start to finish. I contacted AAA -1 Paul's to correct a DIY mistake with plumbing in my slab as well as install a drain line, hot water heater, shower, toilet & sink in the Defuniak area. Paul and Steve showed up on time, did a quality job quickly and went above & beyond what most plumbers would to get the install done by framing the shower wall which was not in place yet.

Recently took care of two plumbing issues. Both required time and effort to fix as it was in an older home. They did a terrific job at a reasonable price. I was extremely pleased with the service I received.

I called with a problem that I thought was catastrophic. They were polite and professional. They sent a tech named Adam quickly. He was also polite and professional. He made it look easy. It didn't take him long to figure out what the problem was and fixing it didn't take much longer. I was impressed by how well he cleaned up after himself and the price was reasonable. I will call Paul's in the future.
