I would highly recommend Sun City Septic. Dave was very professional from start to finish, even going above and beyond when we ran into a few issues that were my fault. The pricing was great and the job was done top notch. We will be using Sun City again for our other properties when the need arises.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! NOT ONLY ARE THEY DISHONEST AND DO NOT PUMP YOUR TANK FULLY DAVE LIKES TO YELL AT YOU AND CALL YOU NAMES SUCH AS "RETARDED". I am highly offended by Dave and will be reporting them to the BBB and taking this as far as I can!! Yes, Dave sounded very knowledgeable when I first called and was quick to get ACME out to my house (because he doesnt not own his own trucks). However, once ACME arrived and I refused to let them open the back of my tank knowing that it does not have the box he looks for the driver called Dave and Dave (not knowing I was standing there) told the driver that when hes on his jobs he does things his way because thats how he makes his money; he charges $240 for the first opening and then $50 for the second. After them going back and forth and me telling the driver to just leave and Id call someone else the driver opened the front of the tank and began pumping. As the driver began pumping Dave called me regarding me not wanting the back open, before I hung up with Dave the pumping was done I thought it was quick but didnt think too much into it. A couple weeks later we started having issues again but I figured it had to do with the drain field being messed up. Now here we are not even 2 months later and my septic is over flowing. Tonight I text Dave and asked that he call me (assuming that it would be in morning); he called me right away. As soon as I brought to Dave's attention that my tank was not fully pumped and in less than two months its full again he got very rude and was telling me that it is normal to fill a tank in 2 months (I have a household of 3; myself and two children). He started interrupting me as I was speaking and then started telling me I was interrupting him. I then told him he was actually interrupting me and not I interrupting him, he called me "retarded". He told he if I dont want to spend 3 to 4 thousand dollars on fixing my drain field he could not help me. I told him after this phone call he would not be helping me with my drain field; he hung up on me. He then started texting me, still being rude but trying to back track. If you use Sun City Septic I suggest you stand with the driver to ensure he pumps your tank 100%.

After dealing with other companies in the Septic tank cleaning service, I realized that the other companies always did half job... Dave explained the situation and came in and emptied out and cleaned both sides of the tank, which neither of the other companies ever acknowledged. I can and will always recommend Sun City Septic Tank Service.
