Great customer service. Appointment was exactly on time as scheduled. Arsenio was patient and helpful. He tried out a few different things to identify where the leak was coming from and thankfully it didn't end up requiring us to cut any more holes in our ceiling which is what we were hoping to avoid. Would definitely use again.

We had Arsenio from Cape Plumbing come to our house. He was very personable and meticulous in performing the replacement of four supply values under our sinks and installing two new faucets with new sink drain fixtures. When we need any additional plumbing we will be calling Cape Plumbing because we found Mark Cape, the president, to be very flexible and fair.

Great company! I called in the morning and they came within the hour. Arsenio, the plumber they sent, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and told me everything he was doing. I would totally recommend this company.

Spoke to the owner Friday evening. He gave me a not to exceed quote, no hassle. Saturday morning his guys showed up and had the old water heater out and replaced and did a great job. Courteous, quick and cleaned up after the job was over. Highly recommend this company. Thank you!
