I've had a great experience with Sansone. I've been with them for 3 years and always get great service from Richard during my routine maintenance service. He not only conducts the service, but provides great tips for maintenance.
I had a few AC vents condensating and dripping on my floor. I called Sansone and they sent out a guy named Jason. He was nice enough, but basically said there wasn't much they could do other than caulk a few gaps under my vents. He caulked one vent, which took about three minutes. He told me I could just save my money and caulk the rest myself. Great, I thought. But the deal is... it didn't work. I had water dripping on my floor again 30 minutes after he left. The tech told me he couldn't really do anything other than offer to caulk the vents, and he said I'd be better of just doing that myself. When I asked about checking the insulation around the vent boot (in the attic), he said I'd have to call FPL for that or do it myself. He didn't seem interested in getting up there and checking it out for me. Okay, whatever. This company couldn't help. Fine. Move on. But they still tried to charge me $97 for a "diagnostic fee." But I still have no idea what the problem is and no proposed solution. The minor solution the tech proposed, caulking the vents, obviously was not helpful. When I called later to ask them to either come back and do a proper diagnostic or cancel the $97 fee, the lady on the phone said she couldn't make it happen. She kept telling me the tech that came out was a "field supervisor," like I should care who came out and that would somehow resolve my problem. I don't care who it was, lady - all I care about is getting my problem fixed. She claimed she'd have to talk to her manager and that I'd hear back later in the day. I didn't get a call back that day so I had to have my bank cancel the $97 check. I'd be happy to pay a $97 diagnostic fee... to get a diagnosis. But, this company is stepping over the line on charging a fee even though they failed to provide a diagnosis or propose an effective solution. Good luck staying in business with that kind of policy and customer service.
I worked there for 16 years or so, they are honest and stand behind their work they're good to their employees and customers, still love these people
So on their website there is an entire section dedicated to ceiling fan repair installation so on and so forth, I called up to have a ceiling fan evaluate it and they told me that they don’t do ceiling fans at all, so if you’re looking to have a ceiling fan installed or repaired or replaced then this is obviously not the company to go to I recommended that they update their website. The gentleman in the service department was very polite and professional.
If I could leave "0" stars, I would. Sansone installed a new, expensive air conditioner unit for us and the filters are a custom size. This means that we can only get them from Sansone. 2 months ago, we paid for a box of filters and have yet to see them. We made multiple phone calls to Sansone and we keep getting strung along. We were told the owner would call us, then we were told that there was confusion because they were closing 1 of their stores. We can certainly see why their store is closing. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They have no problem taking your money and then can't deliver. Save yourself the trouble and get your air conditioner system from another company that prides themselves on customer service. And like some of the other customers, I will be posting this on every web site possible so that other people don't find themselves in the same situation.
