Eric came over and located the problem, letting us know what was going on every step of the way. He stopped the leak and gave us a day to think about which way we wanted to proceed in order to rectify the problem for good. We talked it over and called him back the next day. Gianni and Joey were sent over and fixed the issue quickly and quietly (while our twin toddlers were napping). I would recommend Blue Frog to anyone! Great customer service and fair pricing!

Erik was very good. He took his time to check everything very thoroughly and took time to explain what was wrong. Any questions I had were addressed. He was running a little late for the appointment but his office kept me informed. Very happy with the service.

Beware of this company. Owner has a smooth tongue and will try to sell you items you don’t need. He will try to sell you a whole re pipe when all that is wrong is a simple shut off valve. Erik Menendez is NOT a plumber nor does he have a license. He is a slick salesman who will gladly take your deposit then keep giving you excuses why he can’t start your work. He will charge you for work and will not perform it to the agreed terms.

This plumbing company is amazing! They have great customer service and do whatever they can for there customers! I had a leak in my house that I’m renting out and needed someone to go out as soon as possible for a reasonable price and they made it happen! Thank you all for the great experience!
